お客様の本サービスのご使用には、電子的に契約を締結し、購入を行うことが含まれています。お客様は、ご自身が行う電子申込により、当該契約および購入に、支払い義務が生じることに関するお客様の同意および意思を表明されたことになることを了解されたものとします。電子的申込によりお客様の同意および意思は、キャンセル通知、ポリシー、契約および申し込みを含む本サイト上でお客様が行う一切の取引に関連するすべての記録に適用されるものとします。電子的記録へのアクセスおよび保持のためには、お客様がご自身で準備されるべき一定のハードウェアおよびソフトウェアが必要となる場合があります。

ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING

Your use of the Stores includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make transactions electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and transactions. Your agreement and intent to be bound by electronic submissions applies to all records relating to all transactions you enter into on this site, including notices of cancellation, policies, contracts and applications. In order to access and retain your electronic records, you may be required to have certain hardware and software, which are your sole responsibility.

本規約は、お客様と株式会社 流（以下「流」といいます）との間で締結され、Beat Generation2.0サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）のご利用を規定するものです。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ITUNES SARL. ("Ryu") GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE Beat Generation2.0 SERVICE (THE “SERVICE”).

サービス

Beat Generation2.0は、本規約に定める一定の条件に基づき、デジタルコンテンツ（以下「本商品」といいます）をエンドユーザに提供する、本サービスの提供者です。

THE ITUNES STORE SERVICE

Beat Generation2.0 is the provider of the Service, which permits you to purchase or rent a licence for digital content ("Products") for end user use only under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

本サービスご利用のための必須条件

本サービスをご利用いただけるのは、13歳以上の方に限られます。ただし、お客様が13歳以上20歳未満の場合には、お客様は、必ずお客様の親御様または後見人の方とともに本規約を確認し、お客様およびお客様の親御様または後見人の方に本規約をご理解していただく必要があります。

流は、お客様の本規則の遵守状況を確認するための技術を使用する場合があります。

本サービスをご利用頂くためには、互換性のあるデバイス、インターネットアクセス、および一定のソフトウェア（費用が生じる場合があります）が必要となり、定期的なアップデートが必要となり、これらの要素のパフォーマンスが、本サービスのご利用に影響を与える場合があります。高速インターネットを強く推奨いたします。最新バージョンのソフトウェアのご使用が推奨され、特定の取引、機能の使用、および過去に購入した本商品のダウンロードのための必須条件となる場合があります。お客様は、ご自身の責任により随時変更される可能性のあるこれらのシステム条件の確保を行っていただくことに同意されたものとします。本サービスは、他の製品または提供品の一部ではなく、また、その他のいかなる製品の購入または取得も、お客様の本サービスへのアクセスを表明または保証するものとは解釈されないものとします。

REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF THE SERVICE

This Service is available for individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you should review this Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it.

Ryu may use technologies to verify your compliance.

Use of the Service requires compatible devices, Internet access, and certain software (fees may apply); may require periodic updates; and may be affected by the performance of these factors. High-speed Internet access is strongly recommended for regular use and is required for Film Rentals. The latest version of the software is recommended to access the Service and may be required for certain transactions or features and to download Products previously purchased from the Service. You agree that these requirements, which may change from time to time, are your responsibility. The Service is not part of any other product or offering, and no purchase or obtaining of any other product shall be construed to represent or guarantee you access to the Service.

Beat Generation2.0は、通知を行うことなしにコンテンツの選択肢（特定の機能の使用の可否を含む）を変更することができるものとします。

Beat Generation2.0 reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) without notice.

購入されたコンテンツの使用

お客様は、本サービスおよび特定の本商品がお客様による本商品の使用を制限するセキュリティ技術を含んでいることを了解し、本商品がセキュリティ技術の制限を受けるか否かにかかわらず、お客様はBeat Generation2.0とそのライセンサーにより作成された利用規則（以下「利用ルール」といいます）にしたがい本商品を使用することを了解し、かつ、本商品の利用ルール外の使用が著作権侵害を構成する場合のあることを了承します。すべてのセキュリティ技術は、密接不可分に本商品の一部分を構成します。アイチューンズは、随時、利用ルールを修正することができます。お客様は、理由を問わず、利用ルールに関連するセキュリティ技術のいかなる部分についても、侵害、回避、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルその他の改ざんを行わないことに同意するものとし、さらに、第三者がこれらを行うことを教唆または幇助しないことに同意するものとします。利用ルールは、Beat Generation2.0によって法令遵守を目的として管理および監督される場合があり、Beat Generation2.0は、お客様に対して通知を行うことなく、利用ルールを強制する権利を有します。お客様は、本サービスにBeat Generation2.0が提供するアクセスのためのソフトウェアを通じて行う以外の方法でアクセスしないことに同意されたものとします。お客様は、お客様が許可された以外の本アカウントにアクセスし、またはアクセスの試みを行うことはできません。お客様は、いかなる方法または方式によってもソフトウェアの修正を行ってはならず、本サービスへの不正なアクセスを含むいかなる目的のためにも、修正版のソフトウェアを使用してはなりません。システムまたはネットワークセキュリティの違反は、民事上または刑事上の責任を生じさせる場合があります。

USE OF PURCHASED OR RENTED CONTENT

You agree that the Products are provided to you by way of a license only. You understand that the Service and certain Products include a security framework using technology that protects digital information and limits your use of Products to certain usage rules (“Security Framework”) established by Beat Generation2.0 and its licensors and that, whether or not Products are limited by security technology, you shall use Products in compliance with the applicable usage rules established by Beat Generation2.0 and its licensors (“Usage Rules”), and that any other use of the Products may constitute a copyright infringement. Any security technology is an inseparable part of the Products. iTunes reserves the right to modify the Usage Rules for future purchases on the Service at any time. However, such changes will not apply to Products that you have already purchased. Any change to the Usage Rules will be communicated to you. In the event that you refuse to accept the new Usage Rules, you will no longer be able to acquire Products from the Service.

問題のあるマテリアル

お客様は、本サービスをご利用いただくことにより、露骨な表現を有することが明記されているか否かを問わず、不快、わいせつ、または問題があるとみなされる可能性のあるコンテンツに出くわす可能性があります。しかしながら、お客様はご自身の責任により本サービスをご利用いただくことに同意されたため、Beat Generation2.0はお客様に対し不快、わいせつ、または問題があるとみなされる可能性のあるコンテンツに関する責任を一切負いません。また、本商品の種別および解説は、お客様の便宜のために提供されるものであり、お客様は、Beat Generation2.0がその内容の正確性について保証するものではないことを了解し、同意されたものとします。

OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL

You understand that by using the Service, you may encounter material that you may deem to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and that such content may or may not be identified as having explicit material. Nevertheless, you agree to use the Service at your sole risk and Beat Generation2.0 shall have no liability to you for material that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Product types and descriptions are provided for convenience, and you agree that Beat Generation2.0 does not guarantee their accuracy.

知的財産

お客様は、本商品、グラフィックス、ユーザインターフェイス、オーディオクリップ、ビデオクリップ、エディトリアルコンテンツ、および本サービスの実施のために使用されるスクリプトおよびソフトウェア等を含む本サービスが、Beat Generation2.0およびそのライセンサーの両方またはいずれか一方により所有される独自の情報やマテリアルを含むこと、および著作権等を含む知的財産権やその他の関係法令により保護されることに同意されたものとします。お客様はこれら秘密の情報やマテリアルを本規約条件に従い本サービスを利用する以外のいかなる方法においても利用しないことに同意されたものとします。いかなる形態または方法によるものであっても、本規約で明確に規定されている場合を除き、本サービスのいかなる部分の複製も禁止されております。お客様は、方法の如何にかかわらず、本サービスの修正、レンタル、リース、貸与、販売、配布、または本サービスに基づく二次的著作物の創作を行わないことに同意されたものとし、お客様は、不法侵入やネットワーク容量に負荷をかけること等、許可されていない方法により本サービスを不正利用してはなりません。

本規約のその他の条項にかかわらず、Beat Generation2.0およびそのライセンサーは、本サービスに含まれる本商品、コンテンツ、その他のマテリアルの一切を、いつでも、通知することなく、変更、停止、除去、またはアクセス不能にする権利を留保するものとします。Beat Generation2.0は、本規約に基づき、これらの本商品、コンテンツ、その他のマテリアルを除去またはアクセス不能にすることに対し、一切責任を負わないものとします。また、Beat Generation2.0は、いかなる場合においても、通知することなく、また責任を負うことなく、本サービスの特定の機能または一部の利用やアクセスを制限することができるものとします。

本サービス（コンテンツの組合せ、投稿内容、他のインターネット上の情報源へのリンク、これらの情報源に関する記述を含みます）および関連するソフトウェア等に対する一切の著作権は、アイチューンズおよびそのすべての法律上および衝平法上の権利を留保するライセンサーまたはそのいずれかが保有しております。本規約で認められた本サービスの利用を除き、当該ソフトウェアまたは本サービスのいかなる部分の利用も固く禁じられており、他人の知的財産権を侵害し、かつ著作権侵害に対する金銭賠償の可能性を含む民事および刑事上の罰則の対象となる場合があります。

流、流に関するロゴ、Beat Generation2.0、本サービスに関連して使用されるその他の商標、サービスマーク、グラフィックス、およびロゴは、株式会社 流の商標または登録商標です。本サービスに関連して使用されるその他の商標、サービスマーク、グラフィックス、およびロゴは、それぞれの保有者の商標でもある可能性があります。お客様には、上記商標およびこれらの商標使用に関するいかなる権利またはライセンスも付与されません。

お客様には購入された音楽の、特定のアルバムカバーアートをダウンロードするための限定的なアクセスを提供される場合があります。当該アクセスは、お客様への便宜としてのみ提供され、Beat Generation2.0は、当該アルバムカバーアートおよびお客様による使用に関しての保証を行うものではなく、さらに、一切の責任および負担をも担い、または有することはありません。お客様によるアルバムカバーアートへのアクセスは、合法的な複製の所有者である場合に限られます。アルバムカバーアートは、個人的、非商用目的に限って提供されます。お客様は、いかなる方法であれ、本規約および第三者の権利を侵害または違反するアルバムカバーアートの使用を行わないことに同意するものとし、Beat Generation2.0は、お客様による使用につき、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the Service, including but not limited to Products, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and the scripts and software used to implement the Service, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Beat Generation2.0 and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Service in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Service in any unauthorised way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Beat Generation2.0 and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Products, content, or other materials that are offered by the Service without notice. In no event will Beat Generation2.0 be liable for making these changes. Beat Generation2.0 may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of the Service, in any case and without notice or liability. Removal of content from the Service will not affect products that you have already acquired from the Service.

Beat Generation2.0 and/or its licensors own the copyright in the Service, including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources. The use of any part of the Service, except for use of the Service as permitted herein, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement.

Ryu, the Ryu logo, Beat Generation2.0, and other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Ryu Inc.. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Service may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.

A limited access to download the art of the cover of the album of the bought specific music might be offered to the customer. Such access is provided as an accommodation only, and Beat Generation2.0 does not warrant, and will not have any liability or responsibility for, such album cover art or your use thereof. You may access album cover art only for music for which you are the lawful owner of a legal copy. Album cover art is provided for personal, noncommercial use only. You agree that you will not use album cover art in any manner that would infringe or violate this Agreement or the rights of any other party, and that iTunes is not in any way responsible for any such use by you.

保証の排除、責任の制限

Beat Generation2.0は、お客様による本サービスのご利用が支障なくもしくはエラーなく行われることを約束、表明または保証せず、また、お客様は、Beat Generation2.0が随時、お客様に対し通知することなく、不特定期間本サービスを削除し、またはいつでも本サービスを中止する場合があることに同意されたものとします。

お客様は、お客様による本サービスのご利用またはご利用不能に対する責任がお客様自身にあることについて明示的に同意されたものとします。本サービスおよび本サービスを通してお客様に配信された商品およびサービスはすべて、「現状のまま」、およびお客様が「使用できる状態で」提供されており、商品性、特定目的適合性、権原、第三者の権利不侵害の黙示的保証を含む保証は、明示的または黙示的とを問わず、一切なされていないものとします。ただし、黙示的保証の除外が認められていない法域においては、上記の黙示的保証の除外が適用されない場合もあります。

いかなる場合も、Beat Generation2.0、流の取締役、役員、従業員、関連会社、代理人、契約業者、ライセンサーは、お客様による本サービスのご利用に起因した直接、間接、付随的、懲罰的、特別、結果的損害、または、コンテンツのエラーもしくは欠落、または掲載、送信、その他本サービスを通じて入手可能なコンテンツ（または本商品）のご利用の結果被った損失または損害等を含むお客様の本サービスのご利用に何らかの形で関わる一切のクレームに対し、Beat Generation2.0がその可能性を示唆していた場合においても、一切責任を負いません。ただし、結果的または付随的損害に対する責任の除外または制限が認められていない国または法域においては、Beat Generation2.0の責任は、法律により認められる限度において制限されるものとします。

Beat Generation2.0は、本サービスに関してお客様が提出された情報を保護するために合理的な努力を払いますが、お客様は、ご自身の責任により当該情報を提出していただくことに了解し、同意されたものとし、Beat Generation2.0は、当該情報に関する損失または不利益についてお客様に対し一切責任を負いません。

Beat Generation2.0は、本サービスに損失、不正行為、攻撃、ウィルス、障害、ハッキング、その他セキュリティ侵入がないことを表明または保証せず、また、Beat Generation2.0は、これらに関し一切責任を負いません。本商品は1回のみダウンロードいただくことができ、ダウンロード後は、いかなる理由による紛失についても、再交付は行われません。お客様は、ご自身の責任において、システム内に蓄積された商品を含む、システムのバックアップを行ってください。

免責および補償

本サービスのご利用により、お客様は、ご自身による本契約違反、ご自身による本サービスのご利用、または本契約違反の疑いについてのBeat Generation2.0による調査の一部として、もしくは本契約違反が生じたことについてのBeat Generation2.0による発見または判断の結果としてBeat Generation2.0が講じた措置から生じるクレームから、Beat Generation2.0、流の取締役、役員、従業員、関連会社、代理人、契約業者およびライセンサーを免責させ、その損害を補償することに同意されたものとします。これは、お客様が、情報もしくはコンテンツの削除または処理の拒絶、お客様への警告、本サービスへのアクセスの一時停止または終了、契約違反の疑いについての調査中の措置を行った結果、または本契約違反が生じたことについてのBeat Generation2.0による決断の結果、Beat Generation2.0、流の取締役、役員、従業員、関連会社、代理人、契約業者およびライセンサーに対して訴訟を提起したり、損害賠償を請求したりすることはできないことを意味します。本放棄および補償条項は、本規約で規定または予期される一切の違反に適用されます。

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIABILITY LIMITATION

a. Beat Generation2.0 will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Beat Generation2.0 does not make any other promises or warranties about the Service and in particular does not warrant that:

(i) your use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that from time to time Beat Generation2.0 may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time, or cancel the Service at any time for technical or operational reasons and will, to the extent practicable, notify you of this;

(ii) the Service will be free from loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security intrusion which shall be events of Force Majeure, and iTunes disclaims any liability relating thereto. You shall be responsible for backing up your own system, including any Products purchased from the Service that are stored in your system.

b. Except as set out in (d) below, or in the event that you are exercising any applicable statutory right to refund or compensation, in no case shall Beat Generation2.0, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any loss or damage caused by Beat Generation2.0, its employees or agents where:

(i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by Beat Generation2.0 or by any of our employees or agents;

(ii) it is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;

(iii) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any term of this Agreement;

(iv) it results from a decision by Beat Generation2.0 to remove or refuse to process any information or content, to warn you, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or to take any other action during the investigation of a suspected violation or as a result of Beat Generation2.0’ conclusion that a violation of this Agreement has occurred; or

(v) it relates to loss of income, business or profits, or any loss of data or corruption of data in connection with your use of the Service.

c. Beat Generation2.0 shall use reasonable efforts to protect information submitted by you in connection with the Services including from fraudulent use.

d. Nothing in this Agreement removes or limits Beat Generation2.0 liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury.

e. If you breach this Agreement, you will be liable to Beat Generation2.0, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors for any claim arising out of your breach. You will also be liable for any action taken by Beat Generation2.0 as part of its investigation of a suspected violation of this Agreement, or as a result of its findings or decision that a violation of this Agreement has occurred.

変更

Beat Generation2.0は、随時、本契約に対し更新、修正、補足、その他変更を行い、お客様による本サービスのご利用にかかる新規または追加の利用条件を定める権利を留保します。これらの修正および追加の使用条件は、直ちに効力を有し、本規約に組み込まれるものとします。お客様が引き続きBeat Generation2.0を利用された場合、お客様は、それらの一切を承諾されたものとみなされます。

CHANGES

Beat Generation2.0 reserves the right at any time to modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Service. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be communicated to you and, if accepted, will be effective immediately and will be incorporated into this Agreement. In the event that you refuse to accept such changes, Beat Generation2.0 will have the right to terminate the Agreement.

一般条項

本規約は、お客様とBeat Generation2.0との間におけるすべての合意に優先する、お客様とBeat Generation2.0との間における完全合意であり、お客様による本サービスのご利用について規定しています。また、お客様は、お客様が関連会社のサービス、第三者のコンテンツまたは第三者のソフトウェアを使用される際に適用される付加的な条件に従わなければならない場合があります。本規約の一部が無効または実行不能とされた場合、該当部分は準拠法を適用した上、両当事者の元の意思に出来る限り沿うように解釈されるものとし、それ以外の部分は完全に有効であるものとします。Beat Generation2.0が本規約の権利または条件を実行できない場合、当該条項の放棄または本サービス条件のその他条項の放棄とはならないものとします。Beat Generation2.0は、Beat Generation2.0が制御不能な原因により義務を履行できないことにつき責任を負いません。

本サービスは日本国内の事業所より、株式会社 流によって運営されています。お客様は、お客様の本サービスの使用に関連するすべての法律、条例、規則を遵守することに同意されたものとします。お客様の本サービスのご利用には、抵触法に係わらず日本法が適用されます。お客様の本サービスのご利用には、他の地域の法律または国際法が適用される場合があります。お客様は、Beat Generation2.0との間におけるクレームもしくは紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所に専属管轄権が帰属することに、明示的に同意されたものとします。電子的に提供されたすべての商品に関する危険負担および所有権は、受領者への送信時に日本の購入者に対して移転します。いかなるBeat Generation2.0の従業員または代理人も、本規約を変更する権限を有しません。

Beat Generation2.0は、本サービスに関するお客様への通知を、お客様の本アカウントの電子メールアドレス宛の電子メールの送信、お客様の本アカウントの登録住所へのレターの送付、または本サービスへの掲示の方法により行うことができるものとします。通知は、直ちに有効となります。

Beat Generation2.0は、自らが本規約の実行および遵守の確認に合理的に必要または適切であると判断する措置を講じる権利を留保します。お客様は、Beat Generation2.0が本規約の実施または遵守の確認に合理的に必要または適切であると判断する場合、Beat Generation2.0がお客様に対する責任を負うことなく、登録情報や本アカウント情報を警察当局、政府当局、あるいは第三者に開示する権利を有することに同意されたものとします（お客様による本サービスおよび本商品の両方または一方のご利用に関する法的手続、ならびに、お客様のこれらのご利用が違法であり、第三者の権利を侵害しているという当該第三者のクレームに関する法的手続に協力するBeat Generation2.0の権利等を含みます）。

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Beat Generation2.0 and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Beat Generation2.0. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Beat Generation2.0’ failure to enforce any right or provisions in this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such or any other provision. Beat Generation2.0 will not be responsible for failures to fulfill any obligations due to causes beyond its control.

The Service is operated by Ryu Inc. from its offices in Japan. You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and national laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations that apply to your use of the Service. This Agreement and the use of the Service is governed by English law.

Beat Generation2.0 may notify you with respect to the Service by sending an email message to your Account email address or a letter via postal mail to your Account mailing address, or by a posting on the Service. Notices shall become effective immediately.

Beat Generation2.0 reserves the right to take steps iTunes believes are reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of this Agreement. You agree that iTunes has the right, without liability to you, to disclose any Registration Data and/or Account information to law enforcement authorities, government officials, and/or a third party, as Beat Generation2.0 believes is reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of this Agreement (including but not limited to Beat Generation2.0’ right to cooperate with any legal process relating to your use of the Service and/or Products, and/or a third-party claim that your use of the Service and/or Products is unlawful and/or infringes such third party's rights).

本サービスは、本サービスの他のユーザまたは一般の方がアクセス、閲覧可能な本サービスのエリアに、お客様が情報、マテリアルまたは第三者のコンテンツへのリンクを送信または掲載することを可能にする双方向的機能を提供する場合があります。お客様により送信または掲載された情報、マテリアルまたは第三者のコンテンツへのリンクを含むお客様によるこれらの機能のご利用は、お客様ご自身の責任により行っていただき、他人の権利を侵害したり法律に触れたりせず、権利侵害、不法行為、その他わいせつな、問題のある、あるいは不適切な行為を行ったり、促したりしないこと、ならびにお客様が必要とされるすべての権利および許認可を取得されたことを、お客様は、表明しかつ同意されたものとします。また、お客様は、ご自身が本サービスに送信または掲載する情報またはマテリアルに関して、正確かつ完全な情報を提供されることに同意されたものとします。さらに、お客様は、Beat Generation2.0に対し、当該マテリアルを、本サービスの一部として、および本商品に関連して、世界全域において、ロイヤルティー負担なく、非独占的に、何らの補償および義務を負わずに利用する権利を付与するものとします。Beat Generation2.0は、いつでも、任意に、何ら通知することなく、また、何らの責任も負担することなく、マテリアルを掲載または公表しない権利、およびこれらを削除、除去または編集する権利を留保します。

Beat Generation2.0は、本サービス上においてお客様により送信もしくは掲載された、またはその他閲覧可能な情報およびマテリアルのモニタリング、報告されたまたは明らかな本契約違反の調査を行い、Beat Generation2.0が独自の判断により本規約または流の著作権ポリシー等に基づく契約の解除を含む適当と認める措置を講じることができる義務ではない、権利を有するものとします。

SUBMISSIONS TO THE STORES

The Stores may offer interactive features that allow you to submit materials (including links to third-party content) on areas of the Stores accessible and viewable by other users of the Stores and the public. You agree that any use by you of such features, including any materials submitted by you, shall be your sole responsibility, shall not infringe or violate the rights of any other party or violate any laws, contribute to or encourage infringing or otherwise unlawful conduct, or otherwise be obscene. You also agree that you have obtained all necessary rights and licenses. You agree to provide accurate and complete information in connection with your submission of any materials on the Stores. You hereby grant Beat Generation2.0 a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use such materials as part of the Stores, and in relation to Products, without any compensation or obligation to you. Beat Generation2.0 reserves the right to not post or publish any materials, and to remove or edit any material, at any time in its sole discretion without notice or liability.

Beat Generation2.0 has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any materials submitted by you or otherwise available on the Stores, to investigate any reported or apparent violation of this Agreement, and to take any action that Beat Generation2.0 in its sole discretion deems appropriate, including, without limitation, termination hereunder or under ’s Copyright Policy.
